White Tea

The name given to the uncured and unoxidised leaf of the Camellia sinensis plant, distinguished by the presence of the white hairs of the tea flush (baihao) and a lighter green, almost clear, infusion. White tea is a specialty of the Chinese province Fujian, and are known for their high antioxidant content and subtle flavour.
