Rooibos
Also known as Redbush.
The name given to a herbal tea produced using a broom-like member of the legume family of plants. The product has been popular in southern Africa for many years, and its use is now spreading across the world, particularly among health-conscious consumers, due to its high level of antioxidants, its lack of caffeine, and its low tannin levels compared to black or green tea. The flavour of rooibos tea is often described as being sweet and slightly nutty. It may be drunk with or without milk.
