English Breakfast Tea

The name given to a blend of tea that was originally associated in the UK with a blend of teas from India and Sri Lanka, and applied in the US to China Congou tea. Today it is used to describe blends of black teas that produce a colourful, full-bodied, strong flavoured tea, regardless of origin.
