Bubble Tea

Also known as Boba Tea.

The name given to a tea beverage containing tapioca pearls. Originally, bubble tea consisted of a hot mixture of black tea, brown large pearl tapioca, honey and condensed milk. Alternative variations have also appeared, such as green bubble tea, which uses jasmine-infused green tea instead of black tea, and iced versions.

There is also a fruit bubble tea, which removes the tea component completely, replacing it with fruit juice.
